Adjust Travis branch-matching conditions to treat any 
branch starting "2.4" like 2.4.x (in addition to 
"candidate-2.4").

This directory contains useful test code for testing various bits
of Apache functionality.  This stuff is for the developers only,
so we might remove it on public releases.
