Jim Jagielski 176aed0c65 mpm_motorz: track current request for suspend/resume; guard poller re-join

motorz_suspend_connection()/motorz_resume_suspended() passed the
connection's request_rec to the suspend/resume hooks, but scon->r was
never set, so it was always NULL even when a request was active. Publish
scon in the connection's module config at setup and add a pre_read_request
hook (mirroring mpm_event) to track r, zeroing it when the request pool
is torn down.

Both child_main() and clean_child_exit() joined the poller threads; on
the normal path that double-joined already-joined handles. Extract a
shared motorz_join_pollers() that clears each thread handle as it joins,
so the second pass is a no-op.
