9552c8947c mod_lua: Improve compatibility with Lua 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3.

The following lua 5.2 and 5.3 compat change
should be checked for runtime correctness
by someone more knowledgeable about lua.

c16fe2875d Rename mod_wombat -> mod_lua. 
Note that this isn't a complete transformation yet, but it should basically compile and load as mod_lua.
