db67336b70 - fix various internal links, directive and module references 
- add missing documents to the sitemap (if it's not in the sitemap, it's not
  going into any of the offline formats)

41488e891d SECURITY (CVE-2014-0231): Fix for DoS due to hang waiting for CGI script. 
Patch one of two.

Permit a read timeout to be used in mod_cgid to give up on a slow CGI script.

In trunk, it defaults to the servers Timeout.  PR43494

0886d3fcaf Add minor 'Warning' directive as defined in current mod_macro. 
* server/core.c: add 'Warning' directive by extending the 'Error'
  directive implementation. The 'Error' behavior is slightly changed
  so as to use verbose ap_log_error instead of returning the message.
* docs/manual/mod/core.xml: add documentation for 'Warning'.
* server/config.c: add comment about syntax vs configuration errors.
