f82af68aa4 mod_ssl: Add hooks to allow other modules to perform processing at 
several stages of initialization and connection handling.  See
mod_ssl_openssl.h.

This is enough to allow implementation of Certificate Transparency
outside of mod_ssl.

c7fb34dcb0 MSVC 7, 8 & 9 use the .vcproj extension 
MSVC 10 & 11 use the .vcxproj extension
Apache.sln is common to all above versions

This allows proper detection and use of devenv in all these versions

9875cc5fab Add note about _fixshebang target in comments 
Remove _install dependency, is not needed and will 
cause problems.

If the cgi-bin folder does not exist yet, do nothing.

c8e999d053 Added copying of .swf CGI to Windows install target. 
Moved fixing of shebang to separate target so that it is
no longer executed by default and CGIs remain inactive.

5abb82e62d Correct build order. Seems mod_session was misimplemented to require 
library binding rather that stubbing out proper registered functions
to make it load order agnostic.

bc8cdc7896 Here's the simpler solution to the two groups of mappers/ modules... 
The mod_so and mod_watchdog are truly not mappers/ at all.  Very open
to better names than modules/core/ but these are clearly API's which
are to be consumed by the httpd core, or generically, any module.
