84a104bb22 Add ap_varbuf API for resizable buffers. 
Increase length limit of lines in the configuration file to 16MB.
Increase length limit of lines in the group file to 16MB.

PR: 45888, 50824, 43084

Windows and Netware build changes are untested.

602791140b Revert r1129808: 
Incorporate the ap_ldap incomplete API, as there is no interest or effort
    at APR to make this a complete abstraction, and it was voted 'off the island'
    with APR 2.0.  This will allow httpd 2.3 to build against either apr-2.0
    or apr+util 1.x.

This also reverts part of r1142938, which needs to be re-done.

c9fd2623da Introduce ap_(get|set)_core_module_config() functions/macros and use them 
everywhere.

We know that the core module has module_index 0. Therefore we can save
some pointer operations in ap_get_module_config(cv, &core_module) and
ap_set_module_config(cv, &core_module, val). As these are called rather often,
this may actually have some (small) measurable effect.

37770675d7 Incorporate the ap_ldap incomplete API, as there is no interest or effort

2f4222c3d7 keep -DAP_HOOK_PROBES_ENABLED (--enable-hook-probes) and 
-DAP_DECLARE_EXPORT (MinGW builds) out of the *CPPFLAGS
used for third-party module builds

introduce INTERNAL_CPPFLAGS for that; apxs bypasses this

b8d498e44e rpm spec file: Use "service httpd graceful" rather than a hard coded HUP 
to rotate logs, so that we honour the end user's choice of pid file.

58c7ce46a4 Fixed NetWare version number in linker script. 
A trailing space is required when building on Win32
or else the last number is treated as IO redirection;
also moved ifeq out of target rule to the top.

a09ac11215 Removed dependency on sort command for export list. 
Added a shell sort function to the NetWare export script
which is only few ms slower than the external sort command;
this makes the export list now identical on all build platforms.

a0c9958579 instdso.sh: HP-UX's native 'install' apparently is not compatible 
enough with BSD install to use here, fall back to just using 'cp'.

5f59927f48 RPM spec file: Make the httpd init script consistent with the htcacheclean 
init script. Multiple daemons can be started by creating symlinks to the
init script.
