We assume that the ancient code in htpasswd has it right --
all but Windows, TPF, and NetWare have crypt().

line overrides. Previously, ab would concatenate a supplied -H User-Agent:
header to the existing one, and send duplicate headers if either -H Host: or
-H Accept: were specified on the command line.
Now, the default headers are not sent if they are overridden using the -H
command-line flag.

so we can display the proper name of "Apache HTTP Server" as opposed
to AP_SERVER_BASEPRODUCT (which is, and should remain, simply "Apache"

In 64-bit mode, a crash occurred because the pointer
returned by crypt() was truncated before we passed
the pointer to apr_cpystrn().

is non-reentrant, we don't need volatiles, and the operations all look
signal-safe.
* Update the base version, since handling a signal differently is an external
API change of sorts.
* set the LastChangedRevision svn property, as ab.c has $Rev $ embedded, so
it really should be.

Correct version and copyright generation, this involves 'long line'
flavor of the first ASF copyright line; next step will be no more
awk generation of .rc files, so there we will use the new macro
AP_SERVER_COPYRIGHT and defined tokens from this file for versions.
