small fixes and cleanups

- get(): whitespace fix
- is_mailbox_alias(): avoid false positives if $address is a mailbox,
- is_mailbox_alias(): remove disabled (commented) old code
- update(): remove unused variable $true
- delete(): removed superfluous parameter in $this->get() call
- delete(): removed outdated FIXME note
