351993d0f6 Fix navigation tree state never being restored from sessionStorage 
The navigation tree state (open tree nodes and pagination position) is
saved to sessionStorage on every change. Then that state gets restored
on page load if the saved 'server' and 'token' (in CommonParams) match
the current page's values.

However on every page load, the comparison between server id in
CommonParams and sessionStorage was failing. This is because
sessionStorage coerces any value put into it to a string. This resulted
in the comparison trying to compare an int and a string together, which
would always fail since the comparison was using strict equality.

The simple fix is to cast one side in the strict equality comparison so
both sides are the same type. 'CommonParams.get('server')' was cast to a
string since any value from sessionStorage is already a string.

d01fe03364 Allow skipping the tree opening animation in expandTreeNode 
Every link click does a full page reload, which rebuilds the navigation
tree and replays the tree opening animation.

Add a 'skipTreeAnimation' parameter (defaults to false) to
expandTreeNode. When this parameter is true, the tree opening animation
is skipped. The 'skipTreeAnimation' parameter is passed down to
expandTreeNode through showCurrent and fullExpand.

requestNaviReload (called by Navigation.reload) passes 'paths !== null'
into 'skipTreeAnimation'. When the tree state is being restored from
sessionStorage, 'paths !== null' resolves to true, which when passed
into Navigation.showCurrent causes the animation to be skipped.
