1a79e7dc65 Add custom rows value to select 
In the search view any positive integer can be set as
page size. In case a non standard one is selected it
is added to the select so it is remembered for further
actions.

e09ba22704 Fixed tabindex for table row insert/edit. #18764 
On the table row insert/edit page non-transformed columns were not setting the tabindex property which resulted in columns being skipped when tabbing through fields.  Issue #18764

d43f16f616 Fix user pagination for 'Any' user 
If the user name is empty any user may login from this host.

This fixes the pagination to display 'Any' instead of an empty string
and makes filtering with this link work.

b50fa31c45 Force a full page reload for top menu links 
Each page is a different page, so it makes more sense to do a full page
reload instead of using AJAX to load the main content.

This also avoid some possible issues with broken event handlers and
not properly loaded pages.
