Chethann fcf3ede11d Show a confirmation after the password is updated in the account console (#54248) ...

The account console never told the user that a password change went
through. Keep the result of the application-initiated action in the
Keycloak context and show accountPasswordUpdatedMessage on the signing in
page when UPDATE_PASSWORD finishes successfully.

Closes #54220
