Updated route order to follow some kind of logic.
Updated scrolling sidebar to not be so cut-off in various scenarios.
Added new nav helper to quick jump to specific API models.

- Primarily moved and re-organised view files.
- Included readme within views to document the convention.
- Fixed some issues with page field select list in previous commit.
- Tweaked some route names while going through.
- Split some views out further.

- MDN theme appeared fairly bad for markdown use, and the geometric
background was a bit much. Swapped out to default theme.
- Rough-added stickiness to docs sidebar, will need more work once it
starts to expand possible screen height.
