98fa08c5c5 Bug fix: Version check did not work with five digit build number 
(as a solution, the build number is explicitly ignored in the check - technically is was ignored already, were it not for the bug, as the server provides the versions without build the build number)

8a45844e2c Suspending workaround for a bug in Windows 10 version 1803 (April 2018 update), fixed in version 1809 (October 2018 update), that caused drag&drop downloads to Windows Explorer end in a wrong folder.
