00275f943e CommandLineOperation counter was not incremented for file URLs 
Caused by 568b26e931 (Bug 857: Allow starting the application (opening the main window) without starting any session + Opening the main window before opening the initial Login dialog)

4c3afd30d8 Re-implementing language autodetection for the "Translations" subfolder + Unless user customizes language, automatically using the best language match each run + Including all translation (30% at least) in installation, but automatically using only those that are complete (80% at least) + Marking the default, incomplete and invalid languages in Preferences dialog + Using applied language, instead of configured language in URLs and counters

4cec224420 Bug fix: Failure on exit 
When closing after transfer on command-line (/upload), the PngImageList finalization section is run before DoneApplication. When the DoneApplication is run later, it tried to release MethodPatches again.

We prevent that by explicitly destroying all TPngImageList's explicitly (indirectly via destroying all data modules)
