Check the generated fake directory name before comparing canonical paths in the clipboard fake-directory monitor callback. This keeps broad directory monitor notifications from touching unrelated paths.

Issue 1274 – Do not use drag images (for directory tree)

For file list (dirview) use of drag images was disabled already in Bug 1274. Now disabling it for tree view (driveview) too and consequently removing all related support code.
That gets rid of global GlobalDragImageList, which the 64-bit linker has problems with.

Comboboxes with csDropDownList style do not reflect the Color, but do with csOwnerDrawFixed.
csOwnerDrawFixed seems to behave the same, except for the height, which needs to be explicitly set slightly higher
Buttons are still white - they'd have to be custom-drawn (using "Windows10 Dark" custom style)?)
SetParentColor is probably obsoleted by 3a887624
