0cebfe10f7 Interface for matching filenames only against a file mask 
Among other to reduce confusing set of Matches overloads. Another benefit is that now all Matches overloads know, if the path is local or remote, what will be useful for upcoming relative/rooted path masks.

e9631d04a6 Bug fix: When initial remote directory specified in the "open" command does not exist, the error was silently ignored 
Caused by Bug 1616
Additionally, logging of ignored error from Bug 1616 was not happening.

8a979b3184 Refactoring passwords loading and saving 
In anticipation of adding tunnel passphrase.

Macros render the exact same code as before with these differences:
– Unused tunnel password keys are deleted on save, what looks like a previous omission
– Default value is passed to ReadString when reading ProxyPassword, but as that is after checking key existence, the default value is never used
