TConfiguration::GetLocalEOLType always says CRLF: core has only run on
Windows, where local text files end their lines so. Text-mode transfers
convert to and from it (SFTP, SCP), so on POSIX a text-mode download gave
local files CRLF line endings, which POSIX programs do not expect, and the
internal editor would have written them back so.

The session log's and the XML log's defaults are written as literals,
%TEMP%\!S.log and %TEMP%\!S.xml. On POSIX the backslash is not a path
delimiter, so the log was created beside the temporary directory, named
"tmp\!S.log", instead of in it. Built with IncludeTrailingBackslash, as the
random seed file's default already is, the delimiter is the platform's: on
Windows the same backslash as before, so the behaviour there is unchanged.

- regarding the ILINK_LibraryPath for Cfg_1_Win32 (Debug):
Win32\Debug (not only Win32c\Debug) needs to be before Win32c\Release, as win32c does not include debug builds of Pascal code - so without that VCL debugging won't work
- IDE insist on adding CC_Suffix to all projects once switched to Clang, although it is only used in WinSCP.cbproj
- UNICODE define: Not needed for build (it's implicit), but CodeInsight does not know it it somehow

- Once doing that, including more headers to PCH, not just vcl.h
- Clang won't need explicit include, but we will probably keep it anyway.
- #pragma hdrstop has no effect in Clang

On Windows 11 (unless WinSCP was run as Administrator the first time) the default packaged HKLM registry key was not loaded, causing WinSCP to default to INI file. On Windows 10 the problem does not exist.
I never liked using cryptic binary Registry.dat file for distributing default settings anyway. This is good opportunity to get rid of it and instead have the application use the intended defaults automatically on UWP

Among other to reduce confusing set of Matches overloads. Another benefit is that now all Matches overloads know, if the path is local or remote, what will be useful for upcoming relative/rooted path masks.
