2782c8254d Fixing background color of PayPal button 
Undoing 0215ebbe for this particular image.
While transparency was added to images in cc19fdf5 via Pixelformer, it's does not seem to be the correct type of transparency. That's probably why BackColor setting was preserved back then. Only with new .bmp images created by Dave (7359c19a), that have the right transparency, BackColor is not needed.
But PayPalCard is still the original, so it needs the BackColor.

It seems that Paint.NET can save the files with the correct transparency, but TBitmapImage shows such images shifted by few pixels (while they show correctly everywhere else).
