e09e95ee43 Upgrade to C++ Builder 11
Comments:
- .res files seem to be linked automatically, so explicit entries in project files caused duplicates
- JCL updated for compatibility with BCB11 (jcld28win32.inc obtained by running JCJ installer [uninstalled afterwards])

4bae573e6d Updating build script
– Readme file is readme.md for long (14466f69)
– Fixing resolution of program files folder (need quotes as the paths contain round brackets)
– Can use MSBuild from VS IDE installation
– Aborting right away, is MSBuild does not exist
– buildlibs.bat needs INTERM_PATH set (see 0aa999a1)
– Code to move WinSCPnet.csproj.nuget.g.targets around does not seem needed anymore (something got fixed in dotnet meawhile probably)

c824c4cc4d Using Visual Studio 2022 and its Build tools and (Test) Agent
VS2022 installs to 64-bit Program files. Builds Tools and Agent still installs to 32-bil. But Agent is 64-bit actually, what breaks some advanced P/Invoke. For now, explicitly targeting 32-bit as a workaround.

Getting rid of VS2017 Build Tools dependency in puttyvs, by re-targeting the project.

Reusing buildenv.bat in Packages-make.bat
