Subject: [PATCH] Replace hard-coded : with ${PATH_SEPARATOR}

On OS/2, a path separator is ;.

This fixes that configure cannot find some programs such as msgfmt.

* m4/wget.m4 (AM_PATH_PROG_WITH_TEST): Replace : with ${PATH_SEPARATOR}.
