Romain Beauxis 39d0384683 fftools/ffprobe: print seek_preroll for audio streams ...

Show AVCodecParameters.seek_preroll next to initial_padding in the
stream section, and add the attribute to the XSD. Demuxers that know
a pre-roll, such as Opus, report it there; everything else prints 0.
