1a8a72ddf3 Improve tls tests 
Removed redundant tests.
Skip the tests on windows instead of not even showing them.
Add a faulty cert to check proper cert validation.

0207163655 Remove support of redis 2.4 
All tests require at least redis 2.6 from now on. Anyone who wants to run the tests should be able to install a newer version.
