* Execute transformReply on legacy #sendCommand

* Scope transform changes to hGetAll

* Extensible method of transforming legacy replies, expands RedisCommand interface

* check `TRANSFORM_LEGACY_REPLY` on client creation (rather then on command exec), add tests
