Guido Trotter c53dbb4793 cleanup: rename 'alert' variables to 'alrt' ...

Having a package alert and variables named alert is a footgun which
prevents the deprecation of types. If we want to keep the alert package
we should rename the variables.

'alrt' was chosen because it's short like golang likes, but not
confusing like a one-letter variable (and for example we already use a
for the alert store, around).

Alternatively to this we could rename the alert package to an ammodel
package with wrappers around prometheus model (so the mapping is clear
and 1:1).
