Sergey Poznyakoff 0ec681123b Fix handling of the split Header condition.
This also includes the "Host" statement.

* src/config.c (service_cond_free): Handle COND_NAMEHDR.
Remove handling of COND_HOST.
(dyncond_read_internal): Remove special handling for COND_HOST and
COND_HDR.
Handle COND_NAMEHDR as COND_QUERY_PARAM.
(parse_cond_matcher): Translate COND_HOST and COND_HDR in split form
to COND_NAMEHDR. Handle the latter specially.
* src/http.c (match_cond): Handle COND_NAMEHDR.
* src/pound.h (COND_NAMEHDR): New condition type.
* src/watcher.c (filename_split_wd): Bugfix. Increase reference counter
of the wd.
* tests/detcond.at: Use -re form in the detached condition. Poundharness
is unable to fix it up in the absense of the listener.
* tests/poundharness.pl (preproc): Expand "Host" in section context
as well (to account for "Match" and included text).

* NEWS: Document changes.
* doc/pound.8: Likewise.
* doc/pound.texi: Likewise.

* tests/header.at: Improve coverage.
* tests/host.at: Likewise.
