Completed the first phase of the E2E testing realism uplift in preparation for v2.5.12, replacing reliance on synthetic fixtures with realistic file content while retaining existing regression coverage. This phase delivers: * Extend applicable testcases with genuine, structurally valid XLSX files while preserving the existing TXT and binary fixtures. * Introduce small and large XLSX companions on either side of the 4 MiB upload threshold, exercising both simple-upload and session-upload paths. * Strengthen coverage of file and directory lifecycle operations, including creation, modification, deletion, renaming, moves, conflicts, safeBackup preservation, monitor mode and filtering. * Explicitly account for SharePoint documentLibrary enrichment, validating Microsoft's modified Office files without incorrectly assuming byte-for-byte identity after enrichment and re-download. * Add TC0080 for live monitor reconciliation of remotely renamed populated directories. * Add TC0081 to validate historical v2.5.5 database upgrades, schema integrity, backup restoration and recovery through `--resync`. * Improve CI diagnostics, shared-folder logging, test reporting and failed-test debug reruns. The expanded testing also exposed application defects that have been corrected as part of this work, including Microsoft Graph `resourceModified` conflicts during simple uploads, directory reconciliation edge cases and recovery from incompatible database schemas. **Validation:** The complete E2E suite has passed across all tested account configurations, including Personal, Personal with a 15-character drive ID, Business, SharePoint documentLibrary and shared-folder scenarios. This establishes the Phase 1 realism baseline for v2.5.12. Additional PDF and image-format coverage will follow in a subsequent phase, allowing the remaining pre-release effort to concentrate on large-account memory consumption, outstanding defects and long-running stability testing.
