Corrects most references to point to the current command.
Additional references to deprecated command fixed by PR #1198 .
We should merge 1198 at the same time we merge this one.

Grafana and metric updates ( #953 )

- Adds a new page for Grafana to overview.
- Replaces the list of metrics in the Metrics and Alerts page with an
include to pull the list of metrics maintained in GitHub.
- Removes use of the :metric: role throughout the docs.
- Adds note about the introduction of a new bucket metric endpoint.
