MatrixClient.getStoredDevicesForUser

Implement MatrixClient.getStoredDevicesForUser which uses
Crypto.getStoredDevicesForUser, which is more powerful than listDeviceKeys, and
isn't deprecated.

Also a couple of accessors for DeviceInfo.
