Benoit Marty c64aa67e56 Move voicerecorder/impl test fakes next to the interfaces they fake ...

The fakes were in `libraries.voicerecorder.test`, the package of the `voicerecorder/test` module. Move them to `libraries.voicerecorder.impl.audio` and `libraries.voicerecorder.impl.file`.
