Replace SessionDetailsView by AccountInfoCard with the DeviceVerification mode
on the incoming device verification screen, so that the account concerned by
the request is clearly indicated, with its avatar and Matrix ID.
The current user is built from the SessionStore, including the locally stored
avatar thumbnail, used as a fallback when the avatar cannot be loaded, for
instance for an account which is not the current one.

* Integrate the new renderer with the timeline UI
* Composable functions are now in `:libraries:htmlrenderer:api` so we don't need to add `impl` to other modules.
* Improve inline code span
* Return both the text and URL in `onLinkClick` and `onLinkLongClick` so we can check the URL is not misleading
* Remove `SelectionContainer` for now - it creates issues when long pressing
* Make `LocalComposeTimelineEventRenderer` contain a `ComposeLocalTimelineEventRendererData` instance. This checks if the new rendering is enabled and what is the current user id so it can be used for styling mention pills
* Add fading edges to code block to indicate scrolling is possible
* Long pressing in a code block copies its contents to the clipboard
* Fix alignment of ordered list item prefixes
* Don't use default values in State data classes

The dialog now reads "Confirm removal" over "Are you sure you wish to remove
this message?", with the reason field marked as optional beneath it, rather
than a bare title and a labelled field. TextFieldDialog gained a supporting
text so the field can carry that note.
The pending removal moves from a nullable timeline item to redactEventAction,
an AsyncAction whose Confirming state carries the event id, so it is modelled
the same way as every other action the user has to confirm.
* Remove no longer temporary string
These are now in localazy and the sync strings CI flow was failing because we have 2 conflicting values in `temporary.xml` and `localazy.xml`
* Use the right placeholder value in `screen_local_network_opt_in_subtitle`

* Announce expanded/collapsed state on the timeline group header
GroupHeaderView (the accordion-style header used for grouped state
events in the timeline) uses toggleable() combined with
clearAndSetSemantics { contentDescription = text }. The
clearAndSetSemantics block discards the state information that
toggleable() would otherwise expose, so TalkBack never announces
whether the group is currently expanded or collapsed.
Add an explicit stateDescription (two new a11y_state_expanded /
a11y_state_collapsed strings in temporary.xml) alongside the existing
contentDescription so the expanded/collapsed state is communicated to
assistive technology.
Internal note: this single-file/single-root-cause fix addresses three
separate BITV findings raised in the same accessibility audit against
this component's toggle semantics.

FormattingOption used clearAndSetSemantics with only a contentDescription,
so the Bold/Italic/Underline toggle buttons never exposed whether they
were currently active to TalkBack. Add a stateDescription reflecting the
selected/unselected state alongside the existing contentDescription.
New a11y_active / a11y_inactive strings added to temporary.xml for
Localazy import.
