* Remove introductory screen from "create recovery key" flow.

Between them, https://github.com/element-hq/element-meta/issues/3188 and
https://github.com/element-hq/element-meta/issues/3185 move all the information
about "what is a recovery key" into the toasts and modals that lead into the
"create recovery key" flow, thus making the introductory screen redundant.

Fixes https://github.com/element-hq/element-web/issues/35428

* update broken vitest

* playwright: Move body of `enableKeyBackup` into a `step`

... to make the logs a bit clearer

* Fix broken playwright tests
