Hugh Nimmo-Smith	f7afc3883f	Refactor access/refresh token name constants to less confusing names (#35077) ... The `_IV` suffix of `ACCESS_TOKEN_IV` and `REFRESH_TOKEN_IV` suggests that they might be used for the initialisation vector of the AES-CTR operation. However, this is not the case and the docstring correctly says that it is used in the HKDF key derivation instead.	2026-09-15 11:38:50 +00:00
