Remove virtual rooms (#29635)

* Remove virtual rooms from the timelinePanel and RoomView

* Remove VoipUserMapper

* Remove some unneeded imports

* Remove tovirtual slash command test

* Remove getSupportsVirtualRooms and virtualLookup

* lint

* Remove PROTOCOL_SIP_NATIVE

* Remove native/virtual looks fields and fix tests

* Remove unused lookup fields
