Christopher Wellons c4ee256cc2 Introduce quilt command (Quilt.cpp)
This is a primitive source control system for w64devkit, a C++ clone of
a classic, old-school tool still in some use today.

# /etc/quilt.quiltrc — system-wide defaults for quilt
#
# This file is sourced by quilt on startup (after ~/.quiltrc). Set
# variables here to configure quilt behavior. Lines beginning with #
# are comments. Values may be unquoted, single-quoted (literal), or
# double-quoted (with \" and \\ escapes).
#
# Search order: ~/.quiltrc, then /etc/quilt.quiltrc. Use --quiltrc to
# override, or --quiltrc - to skip all config files.
# ── Patch and series locations ──────────────────────────────────────
# Directory where patch files are stored, relative to the source tree
# root. Quilt searches upward from the working directory for a directory
# containing this subdirectory to find the source root.
#QUILT_PATCHES=patches
# Name of the series file within the patches directory. The series file
# lists patches in application order, one per line, with optional -pN
# strip-level and -R flags.
#QUILT_SERIES=series
# Directory for backup files and metadata (.version, applied-patches).
# Analogous to .git for git — this is where quilt tracks patch state.
#QUILT_PC=.pc
# ── Diff and patch generation ──────────────────────────────────────
# Suppress Index: header lines in generated patches. These lines are
# informational and not used by patch(1), so omitting them produces
# cleaner diffs that are easier to review.
QUILT_NO_DIFF_INDEX=1
# Suppress timestamps in --- and +++ diff headers. Timestamps cause
# unnecessary churn when refreshing patches and are not needed for
# applying them.
QUILT_NO_DIFF_TIMESTAMPS=1
# Default diff algorithm for the built-in diff engine, used by both
# the diff and refresh commands. Supported values: myers (default),
# minimal, patience, histogram. The --diff-algorithm flag on the
# command line overrides this. This variable is a quilt.cpp extension
# and is safely ignored by original quilt.
#QUILT_DIFF_ALGORITHM=myers
# Extra options passed to the diff program when generating patches.
# For example, -p to show C function names in hunk headers when using
# an external diff. Parsed with shell-like splitting.
#QUILT_DIFF_OPTS=
# Extra options passed to patch(1) (or the built-in patch engine)
# during push and fold operations. Parsed with shell-like splitting.
#QUILT_PATCH_OPTS=
# ── Output formatting ─────────────────────────────────────────────
# When set, patch names in output are prefixed with the patches
# directory (e.g. "patches/foo.patch" instead of "foo.patch").
#QUILT_PATCHES_PREFIX=
# ── Default command arguments ──────────────────────────────────────
#
# These inject arguments at the beginning of the named command's
# argument list, as if you had typed them on the command line. Values
# are parsed with shell-like splitting (single/double quotes, $VAR
# expansion). Any QUILT_<COMMAND>_ARGS variable is supported — the
# command name is uppercased (e.g. QUILT_PUSH_ARGS, QUILT_POP_ARGS,
# QUILT_IMPORT_ARGS, QUILT_MAIL_ARGS, etc.).
# Default arguments for refresh. -p ab uses a/file and b/file path
# labels instead of file.orig/file, matching git diff output.
QUILT_REFRESH_ARGS="-p ab"
# Default arguments for diff.
#QUILT_DIFF_ARGS=
# Default arguments for push.
#QUILT_PUSH_ARGS=
# ── External programs ──────────────────────────────────────────────
