Samuele Maci e57a369174 Expose the session autocommit state on Connection

Summary:
`Connection` gains `getAutocommit()`, which forwards to `ConnectionHolder::getAutocommit()`: the `SERVER_STATUS_AUTOCOMMIT` bit of the server status that the server last reported. The holder already has it, but `Connection` did not expose it, so callers above squangle (the `common/db/lang` bindings) could not read it.

When the connection has no MySQL handle, it throws `db::InvalidConnectionException` through `CHECK_THROW`, as its neighbour `mysqlThreadId()` does.

SQuangLe

Overview

SQuangLe is a C++ MySQL client library built on top of WebScaleSQL's C client library. It does not require a WebScaleSQL server - WebScaleSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and Percona Server should all work fine.

Current Status

SQuangLe is not supported as a standalone project; it is released as a dependency of HHVM's async mysql extension to the Hack language.
