Victor Zverovich aa0a4133b6 Fix zstd target name in CMake ...

Summary: `zstd` doesn't use CMake and the correct library name is `zstd`, not `zstd::zstd`. Having `zstd::zstd` as the target name breaks other CMake projects using proxygen such as fbthrift examples, because CMake tries to link against the `zstd::zstd` library (passing `-lzstd::zstd`) which obviously doesn't exist.
