Michel Lind e1aae3eb6e Drop unused mvfst dep from mcrouter manifest

Summary:
`mcrouter`'s buck targets, sources, and CMake `find_package` list never reference `mvfst`. The single hit is a test string literal (`set_umember3() = "mvfst"`) exercising serialization round-trips — pure test data, no headers used, no libraries linked, and it would pass identically with any other string.

So the manifest's direct `mvfst` entry is dropped. Note: `mvfst` stays in the resolved closure transitively via `fbthrift`; this changes declared direct deps only, not what gets built.

Building using `fbcode_builder`

Continuous integration builds are powered by fbcode_builder, a tiny tool shared by several Facebook projects. Its files are in ./fbcode_builder (on Github) or in fbcode/opensource/fbcode_builder (inside Facebook's repo).

Start with the READMEs in the fbcode_builder directory.

./fbcode_builder_config.py contains the project-specific configuration.
