Replace custom LIB_INSTALL_DIR with standard CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR variable.
For backward compatibility, set CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR if LIB_INSTALL_DIR is set.

When exporting a key, MBEDTLS_ERR_ECP_FEATURE_UNAVAILABLE should not happen.
This error indicates that the curve is not supported, but that would prevent
the creation of the key.

This config option decides whether the session stores the entire
certificate or just a digest of it, but was missing from the
serialization config bitflag.

byte_length == bit_length / 8.

The signature and naming of the Montgomrey initialisation function in
development and in the LTS was different. Align them for easier
readability and maintenance.

So far we needed it only locally here, but we will need calculating RR
for safe unblinding in RSA as well.

Remove a piece of code that was meant to ensure non-usage of the ssl
context (by NULL-ing it) under conditions where it should not be used,
as this now makes less sense.

but since `cpuid.h` is provided by GNUC, so we should choose
the implementation by the compiler type instead of OS type.
