955a0bb18f Remove radix arg from bignum tests 
Cases where radix was explictly declared are removed in most cases,
replaced using script. bignum arguments are represented as hexadecimal
strings. This reduces clutter in test data and makes bit patterns
clearer.

a0f4e10e61 Use mbedtls_test_read_mpi in test suites 
Replace calls to mbedtls_mpi_read_string() with a wrapper
mbedtls_test_read_mpi() when reading test data except for the purpose
of testing mbedtls_mpi_read_string() itself. The wrapper lets the test
data control precisely how many limbs the constructed MPI has.

fba257d391 Add mbedtls_debug_print_mpi test case for 0 
There was already a test case for 0 but with a non-empty representation
(X->n == 1). Add a test case with X->n == 0 (freshly initialized mpi).

46c9b1f196 Fix test functions and data after moving hexify/unhexify out 
- Separate string and hex parameter as unhexify is moved out of the function. It's input should only be hex.
- Fix test mbedtls_ccm_encrypt_and_tag that grows input message buffer with tag
- Add missing expected length parameter in ECP TLS tests
- Add deleted TEST_ASSERT and mbedtls calls that got removed in script based code generation

dbd443dca6 Adapted .function files and .data files to new test framework 
Changes include:
 - Integers marked with '#' in the .function files.
 - Strings should have "" in .data files.
 - String comparison instead of preprocessor-like replace for e.g. '=='
 - Params and variables cannot have the same name in .function files

69e095cc15 - Changed the behaviour of x509parse_parse_crt for permissive parsing. Now returns the number of 'failed certificates' instead of having a switch to enable it. 
- As a consequence all error code that were positive were changed. A lot of MALLOC_FAILED and FILE_IO_ERROR error codes added for different modules.
 - Programs and tests were adapted accordingly
