* libxslt/transform.c: working around Mark Vakoc' reported bug related
  to mode internaing
* xsltproc/xsltproc.c: adding a --nodict mode to check problems with
  document without a dictionnary.
* tests/REC/Makefile.am tests/general/Makefile.am: testing without
  dictionnary
