- libxslt/functions.c libxslt/transform.c libxslt/xsltInternals.h:

Browse Source 
add ctxt->inst to allow stylesheet element lookup (needed
  for document() fix)
- libxslt/*.[ch]: generate docs for the structures and
  macros, general cleanup for docs
- doc/html/*.html: regenerated all docs
