* relaxng.c include/libxml/relaxng.h: After coming to the conclusion
  that the original RelaxNG validation code was un-fixeable, it got
  rewritten to use the derivation algorithm from James Clark and
  redebugged it (nearly) from scratch:
  found 373 test schemas: 372 success 1 failures
  found 529 test instances: 529 success 0 failures
