  test #321632
* HTMLparser.c: added various initialization calls which may help
  #321632 but not conclusive
* testapi.c tree.c include/libxml/tree.h: fixed compilation with
  --with-minimum --with-sax1 and --with-minimum --with-schemas
  fixing #326442
