* include/libxml/parser.h parser.c xmllint.c: damn XML_FEATURE_UNICODE
  clashes with Expat headers rename to XML_WITH_ to fix bug #316053.
* doc/Makefile.am: build devhelp before the examples.
* doc/*: regenerated the API
