Fix memory leak in xmlParseBalancedChunkMemoryRecover

When doc is NULL, namespace created in xmlTreeEnsureXMLDecl
is bind to newDoc->oldNs, in this case, set newDoc->oldNs to
NULL and free newDoc will cause a memory leak.

Found with libFuzzer.

Closes #82.
