* Makefile.am: do not package cvs versioning temp files.
* doc/apibuild.py doc/libxml2-api.xml doc/newapi.xsl: more cleanup,
  slightly improved the API xml format, fixed a lot of small
  rendering problems
* doc/html/libxml*.html: rebuilt
