unknown bc04f45da0 test: Add STRIPOFFSETS logging to diagnose offset differences 
Log the STRIPOFFSETS[0] value for each directory to understand where
strip data is being placed in the optimized vs non-optimized files.
This will reveal why directories are 4 bytes apart differently.
