Viktor Szakats 124c68bbed src: fix stray fprintf() calls, make checksrc verify ...

Replace with `ssh2_deb()`.

Also:
- adjust checksrc options to verify.
- checksrc-all.pl: fix an issue preventing picking up `tests/.checksrc`.
