sftp.dox: Change a subsection heading to a more suitable heading.
"Copying a file to the remote computer" is not an appropriate heading for a subsection that describes how to open a remote file and write "Hello World" to it. That heading is not appropriate as the subsection does not show how to copy a file from local to remote computer. Hence, this commit changes that heading to a more suitable heading.
