Cosmin Truta 733bd7d682 doc: Rename README, LICENSE, etc., to README.md, LICENSE.md, etc. 
Rename ANNOUNCE, AUTHORS, LICENSE, README, TODO, TRADEMARK to
ANNOUNCE.md, AUTHORS.md, LICENSE.md, README.md, TODO.md, TRADEMARK.md.

Also rename INSTALL to INSTALL.txt, to be converted later to INSTALL.md.

External contributions to libpng

This "contrib" directory contains contributions which are not necessarily under the libpng license, although all are open source. They are not part of libpng proper and are not used for building the library, although some are used for testing the library via "make check".
